"I had a decent time overall..."
I had a decent time overall and the tour itself was fun, but the organization really could’ve been better. Our group got split up a few times, and crossing streets with that many people felt messier than it should have. The guide was friendly, and I did feel mostly safe, but there were moments where no one seemed totally sure where we were supposed to be. I ended up bringing it up afterward because it felt like something that should be addressed before another group has the same issue. With clearer directions and better crowd management, it would’ve been a much smoother night.

"Quick reply made a big difference"
I was expecting the usual slow back-and-forth, like they’d try to drag it out or push me toward something extra. But they replied super quickly and got straight to the point, which really helped a lot.

We were in a relaxed mood, so it was nice that this place was so close by. Super easy to get to, no stress, no hassle — just a simple walk from our hotel.

"Overall okay, but check-in could’ve been smoother"
Overall, it was okay, not a bad experience, but not the smoothest either. Once we finally found the staff, they were friendly and helpful, so that definitely made things better.
The confusing part was check-in. The instructions could’ve been clearer, and we ended up waiting around for a few minutes trying to figure out where we were supposed to go. Booking on nightlyspirits.com was easy enough though, and the confirmation came through quickly. The site was basic, but it did the job and I found what I needed without much hassle.

"A fun, spooky night with friends"
I had a really fun time with friends, and the haunted atmosphere felt believable. It was definitely creepy in parts, maybe a little more intense than I expected, but in a good way overall. Great choice if you’re looking for a spooky night out

"Our guide made the night ridiculously fun"
We did a Nightly Spirits tour last weekend, our guide was the highlight of the whole night. She knew all the stories really well, but it never felt like we were stuck in some boring history lesson.
She was funny, super easy to talk to, and kept everyone moving without making us feel rushed. You could tell she actually enjoyed being there, which makes such a ridiculous difference on a tour like this.
Some of the ghost stories were creepy, and some were just really interesting, but the way she told them made everything click. I’d definitely do another one

"Fun night, just a bit too crowded"
We had a fun night overall, and the guide was really nice. The only downside was that the group felt a little too big, especially when we stopped places. It got crowded and was hard to hear at times, if that makes sense. Still, we enjoyed ourselves and had an okay night.

"Totally Worth It for the Price"

"It was okay, just not really scary"
I booked this ghost tour after checking out the site and thought it would be a little creepier, but it felt kind of rushed. The guide was friendly, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but some of the stories were hard to follow and never really built up to anything, if that makes sense... The bars were crowded too, which made it harder to get into the mood. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not something I’d say was worth the price for me

"A Really Fun Mix of Pubs and Bars"
I had a really fun night checking out the different pubs and bars. There was a nice variety, and I loved that each stop had its own vibe. Some places definitely stood out more than others, but overall it was a great selection and super easy to just relax, enjoy, and have a good time.

I went with a couple of friends and we had the best time. The guide had a great way of telling the stories—funny enough to keep everyone laughing, but still creepy enough to give you chills. It never felt slow or boring, and the whole night had such a fun energy. I left feeling like it was totally worth it, and I’d definitely do another one.

"Felt a bit rushed, to put it nicely"
I really wanted to enjoy this tour, and the guide was nice, so there’s that. But the whole thing felt way too rushed. We were basically shuffled from one spot to the next without much time to actually listen, take anything in, or look around. It also ended earlier than I expected, which was a fun little surprise considering the price. Overall, not terrible, just not exactly the relaxed, worthwhile experience I thought I was paying for.
